Think of the Home Feed as your own private social network. It is a dedicated, secure space for you and your household to share life's little moments - whether it’s a photo of what’s cooking in the kitchen, a selfie from a walk in the park, or a quick discussion what to watch tonight. It’s designed to be a quiet, comfortable corner of the digital world that belongs solely to your family.
More than just posts: The Feed is also where your household Companion, Cuppi, lives. Cuppi acts as your digital assistant, keeping everyone on the same page by posting helpful updates, including:
At its core, Cuppi is designed to keep your household running smoothly by reminding you of the things that matter most, whether it is a pet’s daily medication schedule or an upcoming bin collection day.
You have full control over which alerts you receive. Notifications can be toggled on or off individually for various features within the app, allowing you to silence non-essential updates while staying informed on critical household tasks.
To manage your preferences:
If you have previously disabled all notifications for Cuppi at the system level, in-app toggles will not function. In this case, you will see an option to Open iOS Settings. Tapping this will take you directly to the iOS system preferences for Cuppi, where you can re-enable global notification permissions.
Don’t worry - if you forget your PIN, you can securely log out and sign back in using Sign in with Apple or your email and password to reset your access.
Transparency is a core pillar of trust. We provide a detailed list of important security events so you can monitor your account’s activity.
These logs include:
• Sign-in and sign-out events.
• Failed sign-in attempts.
• Account registration and changes to your email or password.
• Cuppi profile deletion and reactivation.
• Household deletion and reactivation.
For your privacy, we only store approximate geolocations and masked IP addresses. If you ever see an event that looks suspicious, please do not hesitate to contact Support immediately.
Your peace of mind is paramount. In this section, you can manage any household members you have chosen to block. When a member is blocked, you will no longer see their posts or comments on the Family Feed.
